1. Warranty Coverage

  • All products are covered by a [12-month] warranty unless otherwise specified.

  • Covers manufacturing defects only.

2. Return Procedure

  • Buyers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods if any problem is detected.

  • Detailed proof (photos, videos) may be required for assessment.

  • Returns must be approved in writing by our support team before shipping back.

3. Exclusions

  • Damage due to misuse, modification, or improper storage is not covered.

  • Consumable parts and normal wear-and-tear are not included.

4. Support

We provide online technical assistance and can ship replacements or spare parts depending on the issue and agreement.
