At EWEADN, we take quality seriously. However, if issues arise, we offer warranty and support for B2B orders under the following conditions:
1. Warranty Coverage
All products are covered by a [12-month] warranty unless otherwise specified.
Covers manufacturing defects only.
2. Return Procedure
Buyers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods if any problem is detected.
Detailed proof (photos, videos) may be required for assessment.
Returns must be approved in writing by our support team before shipping back.
3. Exclusions
Damage due to misuse, modification, or improper storage is not covered.
Consumable parts and normal wear-and-tear are not included.
4. Support
We provide online technical assistance and can ship replacements or spare parts depending on the issue and agreement.
